Can someone who is able to do so, please add me to the Tarkuul Offices list of approved players? I have a character whom is a Watcher in the Living Guard, but the Tark forums are not very up to date on forum privileges, since Bob I don't think holds those privileges anymore, and Dead is mostly away from the forums lately.

Don't really know what to do, but it's becoming inconvenient.

For example, a Forum Moderator seeing that this thread has been resolved would swoop by and lock it, to prevent it from being inundated with spam, as resolved topics are won't do. The thread being locked is also a signal that it requires no more attention. This one of the menial chores that keeps the forum more organized and tidy.
