I was curious, has there ever been talk or future plans to put a NPC Merchant in game that sells epic gear or at least some? |

It has been discussed time and tiiiiiiiime again. We have the almost-epic Gauntlet merchants, and everything above that is purely event-restricted. And I somewhat think that's the way it should be. BUT I don't know if there are any plans of changing that, answering directly your question. |

It was discussed and the majority was a no. That's why I made the merchant Dead linked to. It's not quite as high as the epic but has a nice variety which is higher than the 4 tier bin but a little lower than the 5 tier. It also gets updated. There will be a new update after his 2-3 week break (which has IC reasons). |
