It annoys the piss out of me too. What annoys me more is that players can't use their DCs for anything custom right now, spells, feats, things to enhance their RP and progress their characters. It annoys me more that new characters (whether made by new players or old) have no sensible support for questing. It annoys me more that things that are really important to the longevity of the server not just for it's new players but for the existing playerbase too, things like the Party Advertising system slated for taverns, have taken so long to even begun to be tackled. It annoys me that right now I'm the only one actively scripting right now, that there are only so many hours in a day, and that I have to be an ass about things like these because I have to pick and choose what I spend my limited amount of time on.

So yes, I understand that the drop change is annoying and really just asinine at this point. What I'm asking for you to understand is that it's just that - an annoyance - and that there are other things that are either outright broken or completely missing, that take just as much/little time to fix, that are of more value. When I say something is low priority I'm not saying that you're wrong or that you're just being stupid or whining. I'm trying to say, in a succinct way, all that I just said above.
