It's well known that Triumvir Lampposts sometimes refuse interaction, which may be rarely remedied by waiting small time period.

However, there is more reliable solution - initiate dialog window with your Portal Wand, and click on the Lamppost.

Posting this in case others experience same issue, without immediate solutions.

I'll have to try that. It was doing the same thing to the Kohl lantern today.

Just open and close crafting menu (the one used to change gear appearance and such). It should fix the problem as well.

You have no portal wand? I think you should register a complaint with the Arcanum.

Occasionally the cart people will take 50 gold but not transition you - using the portal wand first also fixes this.
