I'm pretty sure you can give other people DC's. I wanna give a friend my DC's, since I'm not using them. How do I do this?

You can contribute up to half of the cost(rounded down) of any request on someone else's behalf. As far as I know, we don't allow people to just give their entire DCs to other players.
