I have found two monasteries that train the mid level and high level Monk special attacks. I cannot find the low level ones anywhere. I have also asked IC everywhere. Can someone tell me if "Pain Touch" and "Axiomatic Strike" were removed from the game? I also am wondering if my character got a bugged dialogue option stopping me from seeing them from one of the other trainers.

Hint: they used to be given out by an NPC who wasn't in a monastery at all. I haven't looked for him lately but I imagine he's still around and not that hard to find. Not going to spoil the fun with anything more specific.

If all else fails, find another monk in game who knows a thing or two and can show the way

I am not sure where the fun is supposed to be here. There are no IC game clues to follow. There has been 1 IC monk that I have seen in a week (and I have been on at all times). He had no clue where it was either.
It would make more sense for the high level abilities to be harder to find. I give up in frustration! I am going to eat pizza and think happier thoughts.

The high level abilities are harder to find. He's hidden in plain sight. When you find him you are going to face palm yourself. Ask around in game, and you do not have to ask a monk per se. People know things.

Ha! I have asked at least ten people IG (random high level PCs and people I have partied with) and no one knows where it is. That is why I posted on the forum. I am either shamefully lame or something is wrong. I shouldn't even be allowed to play NWN. I am going to roll an Int based Sorcerer that can't cast any spells and die the bloody death I deserve over and over for eternity (while eating pizza).

My main character (Vera) is a monk, boltin' about quite a bit. Maybe you'll find her sooner or later Keep your eyes open for a blue and yellow blur!

Hint #2 - This one will be subtle. He's standing right out in the open. Not behind a door, not under the floor. Not in a bed, not with his buddy Ned. Not in a house or holding a mouse. Besides, he's wearing a Monks outfit and has a name floating above his head that SCREAMS "I'm a Monk, come silently meditate with me" in 10 foot neon letters. Now SEEK!

Now I wish it was just removed! I will go hunting again. The only Monk like people I found in Cordor run the Chinese restaurant.

Where IS anyone, really. I think the monk trainers want you to meditate upon these existential questions to find nirvana.
