AMIA ARCHIVE • View topic - Cannot See Portraits Upon Character Creation?

I would post a screenie if I could but upon selecting the portrait for a new character, nothing comes up- only the option to cancel. I cannot continue to create a character in light of this. Anyone know what's up?

Bugged installation or there is something in your Portraits folder messing it up.

Did you put the portraits into the override folder? I believe if you put them there, they will show up in game, but not when you create the char.

Is it just that one specific portrait you can't select, or doesn't it let you continue past that point at all?

Delete your portraits folder and make a new one. Leave it empty. See if that does anything...

Oh and make sure it's called exactly: portraits

I never downloaded any portraits from Amia.

The portraits folder never existed, or at least I missed it while looking for it. I tried just creating a portraits folder but that didn't fix it.

Since I can't take screenshots whist in game, I took a shot of my screen. (And that's me, going, "I wanna be in this picture toooo!") But yeah, this is what I see.

Reinstall NwN.
