Can Amia Be Played on iMac?

When I made a post about buying a Macbook a couple of years ago, I believe I recall some people saying they play on it. However, via Amazon.com, NWN Platinum is unavailable for Mac.

Does this game exist for the Mac at all? Do I need to look elsewhere?

Any know-how is appreciated.

I never got it to run myself but I'm interested by the how is someone else has pulled it off.
