So yes. The last Kobold Moot was a bust since like 90% of the Kobold players couldn't make it.
We had a grand turnout of 2 Kobolds, with one having to log just prior to the moot and one turning up just after we gave up.

Therefore I thought it'd make more sense to organize things OOC.

Might cause a bit of confusion if it does change though.
