I have tride multiple times to down load the hak, I've put it in the Hak and the overide folders but the heads wont show up. When Amia B sometimes dosent load right the Wiltun guards heads show and they are one of the heads in the KotoR head pak. I was wondering if Amia has a Hak that blocks us from using them? Or am i doing something wrong?

It's likely that the heads in that pack are using the same tag, I think that's the word, as those in the Amia head packs.

For example, one of the KoTOR head pack heads may be listed as 'head 104' or something similar, and one of the heads in the Amian head pack may also be listed as 'head 104' and the KoTOR pack is overriding it causing that head to appear instead.

I recommend making that all of the override packs are not kept in separate folders and instead in the override folder themselves, it also might be worth removing the KoTOR pack whilst you at it.

Haks need to be used by the server itself. The way NWN additional content works, you can't just download a hak you like, put it in your hak folder, and then use it on any server you want. That hak needs to be compatible with what's being used on the server. Since Amia's hak is completely custom and we don't use the KotoR hak as it is named and labeled mechanically, it'll cause some issues with the way things show up for you in-game.

Did you download a KotOR pack or are you talking about the newest Amia head pack that includes KotOR heads?

Not sure what was meant, but the new Amia heads are *just* an override, so the hak folder does not need to be touched. The original thread is here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=71877

Or, for ease, the whole updated headpack: http://www.amiaworld.net/files/Headpack.rar

I would just double check that the headpack is directly in the override folder (not a subfolder), or try DLing it again.

However, on the topic of overrides in general... Are the heads going to be added to the hak at some point? I'm not a fan of a large override folder, and having the override change something like what heads look like what and with what numbers makes playing on other servers occasionally awkward. Or even on Amia, if other people don't have the same overrides (Using one of the new heads myself, I can tell you there's about 30-40% of the server that does not have the 'proper' head overrides, based on my interactions at least).

I'm fairly sure the heads were added to the hak, actually (or have been planned to be). It may need to be updated with the new ones, but they work as an override till that comes, if it hasn't already. I'm a little behind in regard to that, so someone should verify!

The heads can't be in the hak because of some stupid technical reason that I can't even remember... I'd have put 'm in ages ago if it was possible.

Hmm, that is discouraging. Another score for Bioware. I constantly amazed, with how much they got wrong, that I'm still playing his game 12 years later... because of what they did get right.

I'm probably remembering this wrong, but didn't a bunch of haks have heads... or was it all always overrides? Like, CEP?

NWN is the most ambitious game ever made, in my opinion, so you can expect a few weird things. Most of it is pretty solid, though.

A few weird things, he says.

I think I can safely say that NWN outright breaks more than any other game I've ever played and every single time it breaks in a completely new way.

Well at this point it is a game that is doing far more than it was ever meant to, partly because it lets you do so much. Also with a lot of stuff based on C code it works wonderfully... until you write something slightly wrong ten it breaks completely.
