So I unpacked the heads folder into my overrides but still see a lot of headless folk running around. Any advice? Right now I just assume my little guy is a little crazy from his past and sees everyone headless.

Seriously though has anyone else had this problem? Did I do it wrong? Is it more complicated than merely extracting it to your overrides?

Take them out of the folder they're in. They need to be directly in the override folder.

Yep. That was already the case. Still not working. Might just delete all the overrides and redownload, then readd them.

Just to verify. Did you put them in override while the game was running? If so exit and relaunch the game.

But to be helpful, yes, redownloading things sometimes helps. But also make sure you're overwriting the ones you already have in there. Also, like Anatida said, if you download into the folder while the game is running, it won't take effect until you relaunch it.

Deleted everything out of the overrides, redownloaded everything, made sure it was in the overrides and not in a subfolder. All the overrides work but the heads for some reason. Any ideas?
