Hello,

My friend's character, Roman Bensbannes, is unable to connect to the server, with the continual error "CD KEY IN USE" the admins have been unable to see anyone else with his key on the server, and this has been going on since yesterday; so yes, multiple server restarts have happened.

Please help me resolve this as quickly as possible.

I've had this happen to me before. I've seen that character logged in so I know he was able to get IG previously. Has he recently changed IP addresses or reinstalled the game with a different CD Key? If not.. did he download the game from GOG.com? If he did, he will need to contact GOG and request a mulitplayer CD Key as the one they send out with the download is generic and only for Lan play. Once your friend has the new IP ( or if he already does have a new one) he needs to make a new character under the same login he normally uses, and have a DM IG authorize his CD Key. It is a simple fix.
