I have made an Air Genasi. And played it and now shes level 9...and now I see "Level Adjustment: +1" in the Wiki, this "+1" is not listed in this forum in "subraces". Is +1 true? That would be kind of frustration, the build need all 30 level to function properly....

The ECL was removed, Genasi no longer have +1. The information in the wiki is outdated.

Another Air Genasi question - Is the lore found here ( http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Windsoul_genasi) applicable to Amia? Seems to have similar elements to what is in the Subraces section, but I wanted to check that it wasn't a different edition or anything.

Races of Faerun most likely, and then whatever regional aspect goes with your character. Most air genasi are Calishite, so a more in depth-character would stem from really knowing Calimshan, it's culture and how a genasi might emerge from it, rather than just focusing on the elemental aspect. Same applies for any region you want it to be from, really. Regional lore creates better characters than just racial lore, I find.
