Hey
Completely dumb question, but is there anywhere in or near Cordor where I can buy scrolls?
I was going to start a Kobold Wizard but...I can't seem to find the stuff Wizards need when I was looking round *Derp* X_X
Thanks

Do you mean pre-scribed spell scrolls, or blank scrolls that you want to scribe yourself? If the first, then yes; visit Hil'rash in Cordor Market. If the second, then no; those are only dropped as random loot. |

Ask my character in person and she'll be happy to direct you to more spells or sell you some of the ones she's collected/scribed herself. |
