Tried to login this morning and Every character i have on multiple servers are gone. this includes both Amia a/b servers and others not related to Amia. any ideas on how i can fix it?

Are you typing your login name correctly?

With the Bioware master server being down, it doesn't do the usual checks to make sure ya doing it all correctly!

Are you spelling your account name properly? Put an underscore instead of a hyphen? Etc.

yeah i have tried all my account login names and none of them are working. i'll keep trying i wonder if it could be due to a new Firewall i installed, AVG.
