Im having trouble using Quick time Targa files to post a link for a Piture of my Char Nova on forums, is there another Imaging hosting site that will let you URL targa files?

Targas are bad for online uploads. You'd be much better off using an image editor (Irfanview is a good free one) to change it into a Jpeg. Then you won't have any issues from your hosting choice.

Personally I prefer Photobucket anyway.

Photoshop (if you have it) does it. There is also GIMP. I'd say get one of those, since they are neat and useful ;3
