Targas are bad for online uploads. You'd be much better off using an image editor (Irfanview is a good free one) to change it into a Jpeg. Then you won't have any issues from your hosting choice.
Personally I prefer Photobucket anyway.

Im having trouble using Quick time Targa files to post a link for a Piture of my Char Nova on forums, is there another Imaging hosting site that will let you URL targa files? |

Photoshop (if you have it) does it. There is also GIMP. I'd say get one of those, since they are neat and useful ;3 |
