is it possible for a character, with a DC cost, to be able to RP telepathy (not mind reading, more psionic communication)? i know psionics is allowed at a cost, and i would be interested in making a deviner/psionic character. also, are there already scripted DC powers for psionics to buy or are they always made on spot? |

Nope! At least we don't allow telepathy, I'm not entirely sure about other psionic abilities. |

Telepathy is one of the longstanding "no"s as Silent mentioned. Any Psionics would be strictly case-by-case, as with any special request. Though Psionics it likely one of those things that would have to absolutely blow our socks off in a request, to see any approval at all. |
