What is the ruling on transferring a DC item from a deceased character to it's inheritor ((IE: Whom it'd been left to in the character's will))?
I am asking ultimately for a specific reason, but I just need t'get the word first. No, the person inheriting it isn't another PC of mine.

As long as like you say, it's not another PC of the same player's, then I wouldn't have an issue with it.

Yup. Muling is still muling though, so if you happen to pick up an item that once belonged to your deceased PC they'll both still be stripped.

The item is specifically one to be likely given to a PC who is definitely not one of mine.
