Let's create an hypothetical situation here. Nothing of it has happened Icly so far. But let's just pretend a zealous paladin of Kelemvor and member of the EO order, walking full buffed on the road after leaving Cordor, meet a target that has a visible bone arm. What, according to the rules and RP wise, he should do:

1 - Say greetings and explain that removing the flesh from the bone arm is not healthy, but giving a chance to repent.
2 - Say hello and explains how terrible is the way he's choosing and the possibility of committing heresy according to Kelemvor's dogma, but giving a chance to repent too.
3 - Say nothing just stare for any hostile reaction. Otherwise let it go away.
4 - Call him/her heretic and waits for a reply. However if he/she wants to repent he/she should talk to Kelemvor himself.
5 - Call him/her abomination, says a quick pray about Kelemvor and judgment before smiting the target ?
