When I make it clear beforehand IC, and OOC in party chat what I am going to be doing (necromancy), as a sort of hint for those who want to pvp to maybe whisper me or something beforehand, does that give the person the right to steal 2000 gold I paid IC, and kill me outside the town even when I expressly identified that I didn't want to pvp and was going to use necromancy?
