Post subject:  Admissible in court? (Saved PMs and using them later)

My PM inbox has been at capacity for a while now, and I've been having to sift through to find unimportant PMs to delete to make room for new ones. I keep pretty much everything in case it is ever needed for records, especially things like instances of things being approved/cleared. I'd like to clear my inbox out, but in the event I ever need to reference something I deleted from the inbox, is the XML file that I can export it as usable for this sort of thing? Or I do I need to, like, take screen shots of everything I think may come up/is important for it to be usable?

Go to the PM page and choose "Rules, folders & settings" from the links on the right. Create a new folder named "backup" or something, and move everything in your inbox to the new folder, no need to delete anything

And I can do this ad nauseam with new folders? Touché, sir.

There is a limit to how many folders you can create. Its four or five.

grmbl

I suppose I can work with that. Save this thread for when I've filled all my folders.
