Are BGs able to choose the epic fiendish servant AT or after level 15? The nwnwikia states that the prerequisite is level 15, but after testing it on a module I'm unable to take the feat at level 15, 16+ works fine though. My question is: Would a DM be able to assist me in getting said feat (in exchange for another of course) upon reaching level 15 and technically qualifying for the feat? Or would i need to be level 16+?

You can only take it as a Blackguard bonus feat, the first of which is at 16.
