Not sure how the CD key thing works, but I have a new copy of nwn with a different cd key.

edit - and I need it authorized because I cannot login the server

Create a new character with your new CD key, then put a request in the request forum with your NWN username and the new char you created. They'll authorize all your characters with the new CD key then.
