You probably don't need it, it's 3.0, you want 3.5.

Ooh.. well! I never did get any 3.5 I have 3.0 stuff then got the core 4.0 books then left it on my shelf.
Where can I find more detailed information on paladins?

The material in Champions Of Valor isn't reprinted anywhere else that I'm aware of, so it's essential reading (essential if you're interested in the subject matter or just everything about the Realms in general). Plenty of organizations and substitution levels (which give you lore and flavor ideas) are found exclusively in that book.

There are plenty of safe places to get it, but none of them are legal (at least the distribution part). WotC pulled their PDFs from several online distributors a few years back, not sure if they've made a comeback since then. One safe place could be my MSN, hypothetically.

It's exactly why I want to read it. I've read a lot in the past few days on the forum myself. Just trying to get as much lore into my head. I've added you to MSN. Thanks to all who have suggested more places to look.
Does anyone know if the 3.5 PHB on paladins is any different than in 3.0?
