What is exactly needed in order to get cloven hooves?

Do you need a certain amount of DC's ? or is it a thing you go through in a RP event to aquire?

i believe it is 10 dcs and a valid rp story behind it with plenty of evidence to back the RP

Generally, if your character shouldn't have cloven hooves, they won't. Also "Lol teh gods gave me it!" stories are crap. They're fairly accessible to tieflings, I'm guessing.

They don't cost DCs because it's a Leto thing. They haven't been charging for anything that's Leto work, though that's always something that's subject to change.

It does, however, need really good RP.

It is a leto thing (and so indeed does not cost DCs), but you do need to have an approved general request for them by the DM team.
