The choice of sumon is linked with aligment of caracter. My caracter want a construct mumy dusty, what he need to take?

The alignment is only linked to the Outsiders:
Good Outsider: Arcadian Avenger
Neutral Outsider: Githzerai Savant
Evil Outsider: Corruptor of Fate
Construct, Elemental and Magical Beast is always the same, no matter which alignment:
Construct: Marut Inevitable
Elemental: Ancient Air Elemental
Magical Beast: Sirrush

You missed the undead one too, also, no longer Marut, it is just a Geared Guardian, because Necromancers where using Maruts which made no sense in the slightest, because people did not check on the lore of the creature, just the stats.
