I remember playing NWN a long time ago. I fell in love with the online experience. Amia was my favorite server of them all. I loved the risk of it. I believe (and I could be wrong) that there were some serious death penalties. I think one dropped their stuff, gold, etc. I was reading through the forums and it seems as if it has changed. I am still redownloading the patches, haks, and packs, but I am wondering, when did it change (if it changed)?
(also your website seems different too)

As far as I am aware Amia has never been like that. If anything in the past the death penalties have been too minor and have seen an increase in these last few years.

Yeah; you are probably right. I just remember I did this pretty awesome RP encounter (I got robbed blind and beaten to near death by two female toons, was fun) and I remember losing alot of XP on death. I might be thinking of a different server.

Could be any number of other servers. Argonalith, Nesme, in fact, pretty much any server has harsher penalties than Amia. Probably part of the reason why so many people come here.

Ah; I was thinking about the City of Arabel, another great RP server lol. Sometimes I would get these two mixed up, sorry.

I just like Roleplay and am tired of the mouse wheel gear grind that MMO's dish to players nowadays, ala World of Warcraft, etc.
