First off not a rant against this so keep reading...
In the past with the cap being only 40k on respawn I would notice a large number of people just logging til reset to avoid the 40k. My question is does this mean that the dev/dm/admins are going to enforce respawning by disabling ressing in entry zones? (Personally am for it! Forces people to think over their actions in pve before doing them.)

No decision has been made regarding that yet. With the cap on gold penalty gone, players may change their attitude toward respawning, if they're not already in the 'no, I hates it, it burns' part of the demographic. So for the moment it's best to see what develops and take it from there.

I believe OP knows and understands that no decision had been made on that(as none was announced), but is passively suggesting that one be made on it.
I would rather have just seen that, really. It's been suggested in a few threads before, but never had a thread of its own. Just mechanically put in a way that keeps you from logging onto another server while the PC is dead. And makes sure when you log back onto the other one, you're where you were killed, until you respawn.

No need for it to be so complex, Dark. Just prevent the use of scrolls and spells in the entry way of both servers. If you have a script for a null or anti-magic zone, your good.

Hmm. That's true. And a lot easier.
But that does however mess up a particular instance that I was planning for, as it happened to me a few times way, way back when I partied. Most of your party gets wiped out while you're hunting, leaving only 1 or 2 people. Server resets.
If we just disable raise dead and resurrection in the entryway, people will get boned into having to respawn(which might be very costly now that gold's uncapped) when ICly their party members would have been in range to help them.
If we make it so you go back to where you were when you died, at least your party members would have a chance of going back to raise you like they could.

To echo Dark in my own words so PC dies in a server crash, combat lag or a reset and logs in after and is dead beyond anyones control. You're telling me if that was you you are fine with having to Respawn and lose all that gold cause they deny scroll and spell Rez in Lobby? I call bullshit if you say yes. If anything the Lobby should be scripted for auto Rez

Yeah, auto-rez actually makes the situation worse. Then no one will ever feel the effects of the gold uncapness cuz they can get a free rez anyway.
I like the gold penalty being uncapped, as long as the methods for dealing with death are enforced and fair. Meaning that you don't get undeserved freebie rezzes and your aren't screwed into undeserved respawns.

You can already die due to lag or disconnection regardless of server crashing or reset. It would be sound advice to wind down your hunting party ten minutes before the reset hits so that anyone who dies and gets disconnected has a chance at a raise on the spot rather than in the entry area. If you solo, you knew the risks of doing so.
I've already said that no decision has been reached on this, please let it go.
