The MCS page on the sidebar says that "Permanent freedom is two powers," but nowhere does it seem to give any other information about Freedom. What size mythal does it take to mythal Freedom into an equippable item?

I'm pretty sure that it's to denote items that already have Freedom on it. For example, a cloak with Freedom would only be able to have one more power applied to it.
