Is it possible threw Leto to disable and/or remove the sound effect that the Fey Form gives off for just being in it?

You can do it clientisde by killing the sound file, but everyone else will still hear it.

You could likely accomplish this by finding the sound file in the game's archives and yanking it out. Granted, that could have some weird effects and unintended consequences but at least your fairy would be silent.
Alternatively, find the file, take note of its name, then create a blank audio file and name it the same thing. Drop that in your overrides folder.
