The freebie rebuilds are once per year. Does this mean as new player you have to be active for a year to get one?

It just means once you get one, you can't get another for 12 months. AFAIK there is no minimum time on the server required.

Good to know as i think i've messed my abilty increase/feats up over the last 6 levels.. From the rules i gather its possible to have a feebie and re-do those?

I would suggest just getting de-leveled six levels and rebuilding yourself.

That's free and there's no time restriction on it. You should save your freebie for a more drastic rebuild, in my opinion.

But you're free to use your annual freebie in any fashion you choose, so long as it's approved. *nod*

provided you didn't build level 1 wrong yups, i've never done a rebuild yet >_> but glyph needs one badly at some point...weapon master wizards didn't quite worked out how I planned at the time ^_^ needs moar hellball.

don't forget if you change class or lose a significant amount of levels and feats favouring another, you need to RPly explain why your toon suddenly sucks with a sword for example, or why they have given up the life of stealth for a more magical outlook, as examples. quickie rebuilds though I don't think would be too much of a problem, I guess post a request and see what the dm's have to say on the matter.
