Some important file went missing, so I had to uninstall nwn and try to reinstall it. The problem is this: no autorun after I put the cd in, so I click the Setup.exe file (as stated in the text file) and a box comes up with no text, just an OK button. I click it, but nothing happens. I tried everything I can to try to install nwn, but I'm out of options.

Hmm, try running it in a compatibility mode? You might also try cleaning the disc surface, just in case.

Does anyone know how I can go about contacting Bioware (or whoever) for help with this?

Might need to reload your OS.

You probably just need another copy of the disk. Could be the disk is dirty or just old. If you're not above downloading a copy on the internet, I'd suggest you try that first.
