Just an observation really, It seems to me that they babrely exist these days? They used to have a huge presence and now your more likely to see an army of kobolds rush through the street than a single guard once and a while. How come be this?
Just Cordor or other places as well? Reckon you mean Cordor, since guard activity hasn't been that active ever anywhere else. Dunno, I'd guess for lack of interest and advertisement. Also, many of the oldies, who had been Cordorian guards for aeons, have disappeared.
