Its been a very very very long time Dev Disco. You don't remember me? I was banned from your server four years ago. I was the guy contributing a hundred dollars bi-monthly to your server. I just want to let everybody know that these guys (devdisco) are unforgiving pricks that ban for no reason. You know why I was banned? You don't remember? I was banned because I was roleplaying a drunkard on amia and you idiots banned me because you thought I was actually drunk. Guess talking to the gods in gameplay was wrong indeed. I guess it scared the shit out of you guys that it cost me over four years of banishment from your precious server. Don't play here is my advice and especially don't contribute. The dm's are cliquey pricks and dev disco is an unforgiving ball licking prick. Good day.

I doubt anyone has been banned for playing drunk or drunks per se. Must be something more to it, such as a spiteful attitude as presented in this thread.

Nope. I was farming in some areas and would look up to the moon and pray to it. It scared the bejeezus out of the dm's. Ha ha, next thing I noticed, I saw the words 'you have been booted'. lol. And mind you guys, this was over four years ago and I am still banished. That is gratitude for ya from the almight asswipe Dev Disco. lol.

By those standards, everyone here is a ball licking prick. And uh. "You have been booted" isn't how banning happens, there's actually someone going to tell you that you will be banned from the server for four years. I've got the same error message thousands of times!

Whatever you where really banned for.. anyone who gets banned stays banned from my understanding..so the whole.. I've been banned for 4 years doesn't make you-special.

Do not see reset incomming..
Reset hits.. "You have been booted" pops up.
Get mad and don't return for 4 years apparently?
It's called a reset, mate. IF you get banned, someone will talk to you before you get the final boot.

I remember that time. They did allow me to play later on but just to ban me again. I was teleported to a small room indoors and the door was locked. Later I was then told that I was drunk and couldn't play anymore. The first time I was banned was when I was walked by a guard to the prison and I roleplayed the character by walking with the guard to the prison cell for accidently touching the guards breastplate (happened to be female guard) to later learn that I was being banned after being locked up.

Just a word of advice to you disco, quit banning for silly reasons and you will have a much bigger broad of players, especially contributing ones. I don't want to even be welcomed back from an unforgiving and also a banning banshee as such as yourself. Your reason was silly and stupid. I guess that is my own opinion.

Way to hold a grudge, man. However, calling Disco a ball-licker is certainly the most expedient route to get yourself unbanned and be able to play again.
Or you know, you could troll the forums and post rude things about the DM's because certainly no one playing here has any experience with them and they would all believe you, guy that no one knows, and leave the server.

Edit: Clearly, you were banned for sexual misconduct. You don't 'accidentally role play fondling a female guard' , you role play 'accidentally fondling a female guard'. So... you purposefully fondled a DM's titty, effectively.

Of course, 4 years ago the reset message was much more polite (something like: The server has reset, please log in again blah blah.. can't remember it exactly), so it wasn't that. It gave those "You have been booted" messages when taking 1st & 3rd level of monk, and also 6th Shadow Dancer level. But the fact that you were banned along with the booting there was obviously something more to it than that. If you really want to know what you must have done wrong, I really think you have not gone the best way about doing so. Last post I promise and by the way, hilarious pictures. Anyway, to help disco remember, I played the characters Condor, Arconian, as well as Tristen Myrkhrad. I can't remember the name of the account because it was so long ago. It was very hurtful to not even be welcomed back let alone being banned for roleplaying. Maybe the way I roleplay was a little bit scary or weird but the way Dev disco boy handled it is pure sick. Done ranting and raving. Carry on and also bring in more of those pictures. They sure help calm things down a bunch.

-_- I don't entirely disagree, not now but in the past, and i'd rather not throw myself into this debate. the DM's here are a great team and they do a damn fine job, and thats all I ask.
also, in russia, vodka drinks you! but yea actually being drunk is different than RPing being drunk and its not hard to tell the difference because you can only understand a drunk while your drunk.

Hmmm... I remember 4 years back playing a drunken battlerager and actually rmember being arrested several times in Kohligen for drunk and disorderly. Never got banned for it and was all fun(even if I was arrested).
Definitely more to it I say.

Sorry to post in a locked topic, but... it wasn't Disco who banned the OP. It was actually hollowdreams, who retired from his DM position a couple of years ago.
Not that it matters, but let's at least get our facts right.
Oh, and donating to the server doesn't give any extra privileges or exemption from behaving on the server, just for the record.
