Please give me a tutorial on how to add folks to the permissable list for forums? Thanks! I have admin persmissions over troika but cant figure it out and dont want to screw anything up in the process.

User Control Panel -> Usergroups -> Manage groups -> Manage users.

Then follow the instructions on that page.
