Would having two Games( And hence 2x Differen CD keys) Enable somebody to have 2x Freeby rebuilds per year?

It probably is bound to account, so, if you had 2 accounts it would allow you two rebuilds.

Albeit I always thought the rebuild was per character and not Dependant on anything else.

It's one freebie rebuild per player per year, not per character.

It could allow you two rebuilds, until the DMs find out it's the same person, and then you'd be in trouble.

We would delevel you to rebuild.
But you wouldn't get that XP Back.
