I see, currently, "Amia Island - 63/65 (2 DM)". Does that mean there are 63 players online and two DMs, or does it mean there are 65 players online, of which 2 are DMs? |

it means two are DM side, if its 65/65 then two DMs go DM side it can go up. they count to the limit when players join but can bypass it when DM side. |

it's additive, not inclusive. 63 (2 DM) = 63 Players, 2 DMs. |
