 Yes, PLEASE Kill them. Don't just bloody leave them to the next guy that happens to port in. Edit: And since nobody will bother about it, Can we mayhap remove the immediate spawns around the portal instead? Nobody -ever- cares about some guy who makes a post like this. It's forgotten the next hour anyway. |

It may be annoying, but if it's happened to you a number of times, you should know to prepare before porting in. If you do that, you have much less to worry about. |

5 years on the server, It happens occasionally yes. I'm sure it has happened to you. And yet you still think it's acceptable? MY laptop runs ...Rather slow. I can tell you that i was fully-buffed during this time, but at the point where the Loading-screen were done processing - I was dead. Now. Either man up, and kill the spawns you leave around "Portals", or stop posting and hide in a corner. |

The thing is, you dont know if it was a boss runner. You're guessing. It could be someone that lured the spawns there while being chased before dying and logging. Its all perfectly legit for one to find enemies in the wilds and its mostly ooc knowledge that there isnt a spawn point at the crystal node. All this is solved by buffing prior. The only draw back is - you aren't reserving the spot whilst buffing. just my 2 cents. |

I agree with Very_Svensk. It's bogus, lazy, and generally should be unacceptable. Unfortutionatly, it's also essentially unenforceable, and isn't going to change. I find being locked out of a hunting area because a lone SD who refuses too group spends 20 minutes spamming f1 too kill one spawn immensely annoying as well. I mean I could be a total @#$% and get them killed, but technically it's their right too do so, and it's not worth getting in trouble for. Thankfully, years of WoW have conditioned me too this sort of thing, and I can always find something else too do. |

This has never happened to me, but if it did I wouldn't teleport to the same spot knowing full well there would be a basketload of spawns waiting with open arms. And FYI, I do not leave spawns behind, at least not intentionally, and especially not around crystal nodes. You should refrain from blindly accusing your critics on the basis that they are criticizing you; instead, listen to our advice and stop bullrushing spawns with your craptop. |

Im going to pretend you never wrote that. --- On topic - People. I mean for crying out loud, How hard is it to show some curtsey? You don't Lure 5 giants to huggle-muffing the binding crystal. Same goes for 'Overlooking' a few dozen spawns because 'You are in a hurry'. There are other players on the server who'm wish to enjoy their free-time here, and don't want to be Huggle-tackled by 10 Barbarian skeletons or what not. Ok? |

If your character was aware there would be monsters in or around the node (since monsters don't actually randomly spawn from a roleplaying perspective), why did you go alone? If your character didn't think there would be monsters there when he warped in, why were you fully buffed beforehand? |

Could be worse. Many moons ago, I was portaling too the Brog wilderness, and I was greeted by a full buffed, and subsiquently abandoned, Balor Lord packing see invisibility. The only good thing about that was I got too watch him pound like 5 other people portaling in into the snow before he despawned. |

Sorry, but if you're warping into an area you are aware is very dangerous (as shown by the fact that you buffed beforehand) without a party to back you up, I'm not sure what you are expecting from this. It would just be nice for people not to leave spawns right at the portal. It never happened to me, but regardless it seems just respectful to do so. However, if you do have that experience do use those spells. You are entering a hostile area and your character should be prepared for combat, and not have your ooc knowledge on spawn points. Unless he is suicidal, which happened here ic. |

From what it seems, you showed none when you randomly picked a person to assumably blast in messages, who apparently has no idea where the zone is. You speak of experience with this sort of thing, you speak of going in 'fully buffed', and you speak of being used to people not caring, but you were obviously lacking Greater Sanctuary, which you have at least 3 casts of available to you in your screenshot. At this point, it seems pointless to angst over. Whatever the circumstance, it sucked, but you don't seem to have handled it very well...before or after it happened. |

Fun Fact: If you portal into an area with spawns right on top of you, they can and will target you in GS or invisible, because of some weirdness in the system. This doesn't always happen, but it can. Especially if the AI has your character bap them while you load up. Frankly, I'd almost rather see those crystals simply removed. |

This is getting out of hand. As a general rule, bossrunning is legal, but not looked upon fondly by the DM team. Also, please show others respect. I'm talking to a few of you in here. We are all part of a great community, and I'd rather not see that dissolve because of petty differences like this. |

The attitude displayed in this thread is appalling. Normally we don't discuss or publish bans on the forum but in this case I guess it's a good to make an example out of it. The following people get a week's holiday from the forums: VerySvensk, Chillmarrow, Wyjyn and Dramatic_Prince. Don't bother complaining, you all should have known better, especially Chillmarrow... your comments are quite disappointing after being unbanned only two days ago for exactly this behaviour. |
