1. Does a spell immunity on an item count as a power?

2. Why can a shield only have 2 powers and not 3?

3. Are the Flawless and Divine mythals epic drops?

1) Yes, as far as I'm aware.
2) tested: shields definitely hold 3 powers. Remember, some effects (like 4AC) take more than one power.
3) No. And never. They are only DM rewards.

I'm fairly certain Flawless drop somewhere...
Divine however, are DM given only. And you have to work your tail off for them.

So +4 AC counts as more than one power? I thought the AC never counts as more than one unless its a Dodge AC bonus.

Flawless are indeed epic drop, I got a few of them.

Divine Mythals are DM rewards.

It's been that way for a long time, AFAIK,

I remember getting a flawless drop a few years ago.

Been like that as long as I've been playing, I could have sworn.

Divines have never been drops, perfects have never been drops outside the Kohl quest, and Flawlesses have always been +5 drops.

'Epic Loot' in general fills that category. Besides, I've found it always to be better in a party with at least two. You cut through things twice as fast. And have help if you roll a one.
