How do I use the hak in toolset to play around and see all the armor/weapon options included in the hak?

Now go to Edit/Module Properties/Custom Content and add (in this order) amia_a > amia_d as haks and amia_tlk as tlk table.
Save

Now go to your area and put some random piece of armour on the floor. Right-click on it, choose properties, and go to the tab 'appearance'. With this you can run through all the available options of the various armour parts.

Thank you.

Edit: My "add" button doesn't light up, just as any other button in that menu so I can't click it. The hak is in my hak folder and everything, but those menus in toolset do not give me any options to add the hak parts

Select the hak in the drop down menu first, then click 'Add'.

with those haks in place as written, in this module. Will one be able to lvl a toon with the amia specific ruleset, and class set? You know, with all the changes?

No, lots of it is done by scripts. And you don't have those.
