Just a personal comment of mine. Why all those one item auctions? It really clutters up the forum and yes despite having a seperate auction forum now, why not safe up your items till you have five or ten or more to sell. Then do once massive auctions. It would be a lot more efficient. No need to discuss this endlessly... |

Not as silly as those "Yay, you're one day older dude" and "I'm leaving for a week, will miss you guys so much" threads. |

Because their characters want to. It's IC, it's a subforum, who cares. |

I'm not cool enough to get tons of items for big auctions. |

You can open your shop anywhere on Amia, or even better, make ingame auction. Just a thought... |

As much as I love doing stuff in game, the fact that tons of people wont be in your time zone who could, and would outbid what you sell it for IG will by far outweigh the RP in the mind of anyone wanting to do it. at least thats my take, and I have done IG auction before. It just didnt work. |

Personally I've found that if auctioned individually items attain a much higher value. *Shrugs* To each their own, though. |

Better idea. Why don't you not be greedy and save up your items, then set a time, and RP the auction. Thus promoting RP instead of your wallet, and possibly netting you some DC's in the process. |

Depending on what times yo're available that may or may not be an option. Plus it means that those who aren't available at the time you decide to hold the auction can still have an opportunity to bid. |

I would much rather use the IG merchant booths, but I do understand that at some times of the day, it is not practical. I just sell my stuff to Hil'rash and take the loss most times. I am terrible with understanding the Amian PC economy. |
