I have two-fold question.

I created a bard/aa on another server where there was a higher level cap and with restrictions we could only have two classes (guild thing for the classes). Well now I am hoping to recreate her here. However, I see that there are HUGE benefits for casting arcane elemental spells on arrows. The drawback is for RP purposes my character was a bard who had excellent skill with a bow.

So I guess I want some advice on whether I should switch my core class for this benefit or if there is some alternative to getting some of these abilities even though you are a bard/aa.

2nd slightly different question - Myself and another had two characters with similar names because they were twins. So it was common to get them mixed up. This was purposeful on our part. It was Simbelmyne and Simbelmnye. Would that be permissible here?

Your first question belongs in the build thread which is floating around near the top always.

Your second question I see no problem with it. As long as they are different characters.

Second is fine as long as it's 2 different people and actually 2 different characters.

This is not true, it's only good for flavor really. You can get much better arrows than the ones you can enchant this way. :)

and if you must use the ability that way, you can use scrolls and cast them on arrows too.
