Is there a link, or thread, pointing out where to find specific Instructors for the Jobs? I've hunted all over and can't find the "Refiner" Instructor. I wouldn't mind knowing where the "Hired Killer", "Miner", "Weaponsmith" and "Masseur" Instructor is too.

Check the logical places for the trainers. Though some will be found sprinkled here and there.. Great chance for you to explore the island
