//as the topic says, but let me make it more clear. Starters, only the one being interviewed is from amia, everything else is like from a talk show from today inserted into forgotten realms (they have cameras and stuff, but there are different races as employees and in audience, all 3.5 rules apply). I have gained perhaps the most famous character in Amia to be the first guest, and we shall together show how it is done. Also want to note that don't post comments until the interview is done. Enjoy.

*some very Cheesy late night show music starts out*
Announcer:
"It's Amia night show!
with your host Jake Drastington!
Houseband 'the lame bards'!
Heeeere's your host, Jake Drastington!

*averagely handsome looking man comes with a nice suit and stops standing in front of the studio audience, he makes some dance moves with the music, but the music stops and he goes on without music*

*he stops and turns to the audience*

Jake: "Hello everybody! it's time for Amia night show, and we have a magnificent first time today. We have obtained a very famous Amian here today, which has sown fame and infame throughout his career...
*turns to his bands drummer*
Tom, what the heck are you holding?"

Tom the drummer: "Yeah well, I just got new drumsticks, these are +9 against drums!"
Jake: "+9? That must've been really expensieve"
Tom: "well yeah, You can say that, but I had the price halved, becouse these only deal nonlethal damage. What a bargain!"
Jake: "You do realize that for one: you don't want to destroy the drums, and for second: Drums are constructs and thus immune to nonlethal damage?"
*they both stare each other blankly for half a minute, while studio audience gives some giggles and small laughs*

Jake: "*turns suddenly back to the audience* Okay! We have an excellent show today, our first guest ever... Will be The Dread Inquisitor *the audience cheers at this point*, Follower of Bane, which is the god of Tyranny and fear...

The one, and only: Darthion Illys!"

*The Lame bards start to play some music, the audience cheers wildly, while Jake goes to the other door where the guests arrive from and Greets Darthion Illys, and shows him to his seat, Which is really comfortable. Jake himself sits behind the desk and shows Darthion a small table in front of Darthion which has a mug of water on it*

someone from the Audience: "We love you Darthion! WHOOOO!!!"

Jake "So Mr. Illys, you have the power, so to speak. how does it feel like being in lead of a cult, if I may say so, of a powerful evil god?"

I'd rather not have something that immersion breaking, IMHO. We're sort of drawing away from the sillies as a community, and certainly in regards to plots/events. Cobbs is running a wholly IC event chain that runs along these lines himself as a DM Event, actually.
