So, if we have rped having a tail we can buy one? does that mean if previously refused one now its free? i doubt this highly and im waiting for a very blunt "No." from tormak to give me free laughs but i had to make sure i wasnt passing up a dream shot lol

Nope. Wings and tails still need to be paid for, as well as be approved by the same standards as they had before.

It means: if you've pretended to have wings or tails, now is the time to either get them approved and pay the DCs, or stop pretending you have them.

Ergh, would need to think up a good reason why my tiefling who has been born with a tail and always had it so far would loose it.
