As the title suggests I have a few questions on thoughts i've been having.

Say a character could not talk but my magical or other means could comunicate to a person telepathically kinda? Not in the sense he/she could hear any thoughts at all, but merely as a way of communicating to others. I thought it may sound bizzaro and a bit dodgey so I wanted some clarrification.

Also, I've been having ideas for a generally evil character- I'm not entirely sure on personal motives and such as of yet and was hoping for a few ideas/ Noting I want the character to have -some- intelligence and not a generic thug. Though mugging/kidnapping is still a possibility.

Moreover on that last point, no doubt such a character will evenvitably be in PvP. I don't want this character perma-killed but do want intense battles. Perhaps if both parties accept this at the start and settle for temporary/perm scars/maiming etc? idk. Thanks for reading.

I don't believe telepathy is kosher on Amia.

No telepathy. It is not a bit dodgy, it is very dodgy.

You can PM me for feedback.

This actually goes without saying. It is a well-known (and well-disputed) fact that no one can permakill you anyway, save for yourself and, in extremely rare instances we never really take, DMs.

There's not enough of this kind of "evil" in my opinion. I've noticed that "Evil" tends to stick in 3 main groups; Rogue-ish types tend to stick to criminal rp with mugging / robbing / etc, Wizards tend to go Necromancer, and Str-based characters join Banites. I'd like to see some more mixes myself.

Typically I've seen that after enough time most people tend to try to convince the evil player to perma-kill to keep from the "recurring villian" sydrome. While I know you can't make someone else perma themselves, if the recurring villian lives forever people just get agrivated.

It's easy enough to play a defeated villain for some time injured, in hiding and recovering. More fun for both sides than just respawning and reappearing next hour.

Some of the most fun I've had playing a badguy, has been playing after he's been caught doing something he shouldn't, or has been straight out defeated. Sure, the plotting, the waging war or whatever can be fun, but it's not all that challenging, in my oppinion, compared to playing the time after failure without making it complete emo crap.

Most fun I had was with my insane ebil gnome. He was in essence Dr. Evil, he never succeeded in anything, got a rectal examination while polymorphed as zombie, forgot his sacrificing dagger all the time and finally got thrown off the cliff from Bobo in the troll area near Bendir. The epitome of failure, I laughed tears.

Just out of curiosity, how would a Sending spell tie into this?

Per PnP rules. I would imagine, at least. >.>
