| Post subject: | Epic Summons? |
I have not been able to find all the information I need on Epic Summons. I hope I don't waste character levels for something that I will regret or not be able to attain. Does a character need an epic feat in order to summon some player-created summon? Does it require Dream Coins? Is it a spell, or a bottled monster? How does this whole Epic Summon thing work? Thanks. |

Player-created summons are for the most part reskins of normal nwn summons. You can get a reskin of any summon, even Summon Creature I, so you don't need epic feats to get a custom summon. These usually require 10 dream coins. Epic summons are the epic summon feats, Epic Mummy Dust, Epic Dragon Knight, and these need an epic level. There are other requirements too, as for all epic spells, especially that you can cast 9th level spells (with an exception for PM), have 20 in your base caster ability (int for wiz, cha for sorc, wis for cleric, etc), and meet the spellcraft requirement which is different for every epic spell. Bottled companions are different, they're level 1 npcs. They're not for combat, only for rp. Hope this helps! |

Any change from default Amia is a new skin, yes. |
