Post subject:  DnD: TLN Batman Wizard Guide Reposted

Just because this is the guide that began my spiral into learning all the dirty tricks of PnP inside and out, I figured I'd post it here for enjoyment/revulsion.

There are people who will argue this is the document that killed 3.5 and resulted in the radical changes of 4.0

That's silly, but this pretty much sums up why Wizards are utterly unstoppable.

Feel free to hate my guts for linking it now. :P

Oh, and the site is massively trafficed. You may need to refresh a number of times before you get to see it. It's one the largest RP, DnD, and d20 communities on the web.

I can attest to the deliciously evil nature of this document. I utilized it in my own wizardry.

Oh, darn, I thought someone might have broken 4e in the same vein as Pun Pun.

It's looking like Pun-Pun is going to be unlikely in 4th edition.

There's a 4th Edition version of Batman utilizing quickdraw and -lot's- of wands in both Warlock and Wizard Flavors, but it's not the unstoppable juggernaut of 3.5.

You can say what you want about 4th Edition, but they did manage to make everyone useful again.

Oh, I think outside the lore and fluff, 4e's combat mechanics are wonderful. After a serious runthrough, 4e does one thing right, and it is combat.

Yup, the combat mechanics work really well.

It's a pity they just had to cut out a whole lot of the RP skills, butcher the lore and make us all play tabletop WoW.

I don't get the tabletop WoW comparisons, and I'm stuck with friends who play WoW religiously.
