i know this might ba a subject for here but is there any plan to put the Pharaonic deities in the game or no?

You mean the Mulhorandi pantheon? Most of the deities you're referring to are already part of FR lore.
It's almost a copy&paste of some ancient egyptian deities.

Pharaonic pantheon is the name used in core D&D, if I recall right.
The Forgotten Realms variant, the Mulhorandi pantheon does not include all the deities of the Pharaonic pantheon, though. We have all the deities relevant to the FR campaign on Amia.
